Sesame-seared Ahi Tuna (Amazingly tasty, healthy, and easy AF!)

Here's another impressive-looking and tasty recipe that is so super simple, you may find yourself making it often whether or not anyone else will be joining you. Not only is it healthy, but if you use sustainably-caught fish, there is no guilt at all with this one! Ingredients: Ahi tuna filet(s) (Defrosted, but very cold) 3 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs freshly-cracked pepper 2 tbs roasted sesame seeds 1 tbs sesame oil 3 tbs olive oil chopped green onions and extra sesame seeds for garnish For sauce topping: 3 tbs sesame or miso salad dressing (the creamier the better) 1 tbs mayonnaise (Cupie Mayo is best) 1 tsp lime juice Directions: Pour 3 tbs soy sauce in a dish and dredge tuna filet until coated, then soak 5 minutes per side. In another dish, combine pepper and sesame seeds. Lay filet onto bed of sesame seeds and pepper and carefully coat until entire filet is covered with mixture. Heat sesame oil and olive oil in pan on high heat. When oil is hot, carefully place fish in pan and cook 1-3 minutes on each side until slightly browned. Do not overcook! Remove filet and place in freezer for 5 minutes to stop cooking process. To serve, slice filet into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and arrange on serving dish. In separate bowl, whisk salad dressing, mayonnaise, and lime juice together and drizzle it over fish. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
