Driver pleads guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide

WEST CHESTER, Ohio (WKRC) - The man behind the wheel of a fatal crash will go to prison. Adam Summers pleaded guilty Monday, December 12, to aggravated vehicular homicide. Police said speed and alcohol played a role in the wreck in West Chester in June 2016. The car split in two after it smashing into a metal pole on US-42. The passenger, 42-year-old Timothy Haunert, was thrown from the car and killed. Summers will be sentenced in January 2017.
