Government delivery service under the office of the prime cabinet secretary has inaugurated county steering committees which will oversee the progress and the completion of government development projects at the county level. Speaking to the press during the inauguration of Migori county GDS steering committee, Zedekiah Ochengo from the office of the prime cabinet secretary outlined that the executive number one of the committee is supervising and coordinating government projects at the county level. Migori county commissioner who the chair of the GDS in Migori County noted that he will ensure proper coordination of all heads of departments at the county to ensure government services and projects are attained as required.
