This is the biggest mistake I see athletes make when trying to learn the jump rope properly and more specifically, trying to learn double unders. There is a clear distinction between the pushing of the feet and the pulling of the legs. We push when we jump rope and we pull when we run. We don't pull when we do double unders, or we see moves like the dolphin or donkey kick. We'll also see athletes move across the gym floor and they can't stay in one spot.
