Japan still struggling after 2011 tsunami

Three years on from the devastating earthquake and tsunami which triggered the worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl and Japan's Fukushima plant is still struggling. The main problem is how to control the build-up of highly contaminated radioactive water.
