Vintage Preheat converted fluorescent light

it's an old light from the 1960's. it was too boring for my liking so I added a starter and capped off the wires from the ballast so it started in a cooler fashion. as far as I can tell this is the best way to convert it and it worked nicely. I will likely be doing this to some other vintage lights.
