On the road, the Virginia Tech Hokies earned an important win as they beat the Stanford Cardinal, 79-67. Carys Baker did most of the damage on offense for the Hokies, scoring a game-high 24 points on an astounding 10-15 shooting, including 4-7 from three-point range. Baker added 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and a blocked shot to fill out the stat sheet. Chloe Clardy paced the Cardinal with 20 points in the loss.
