It's time for the Seahawks to fire Pete Carroll.
He has stubbornly refused to modernize his defensive scheme for today's NFL and the organization is suffering for it. The personnel on defense isn't terrible, but the horribly outdated schemes are. I would prefer the Seahawks hire a successful college coach such as Matt Campbell or Lincoln Riley as the new head coach in the offseason.
