Nebraska vs. Texas A&M - "Questionable" Roughing the Passer on Osborne

Nebraska's Courtney Osborne is flagged for roughing the passer on this play. Even Kirk Herbstreit called it a questionable call. This extended a drive that ended up as the go-ahead (and game winning) field goal. This was just one of the 16 penalties assessed against Nebraska in the game as compared to A&M's 2 penalties. (Going into the game against, Texas A&M averaged 9.3 penalties per game for the season.) The officiating (based on the quantity and quality of called and uncalled penalties) in this game makes me question the integrity of the Big 12 conference.
