This practice is essential for improving mobility, supporting your low back, and enhancing grounded balance. 🔥 Today's Focus: Hip Mobility: Targeting hip flexors and inner thighs with effective holds. Low Back Support: Using core stability (as learned in Day 1!) to protect the lower spine during deep hip opening.
