India's least populous state ready to incentivise having more babies

To combat declining fertility rates among indigenous communities in Sikkim which is the least populous state in India. CM Prem Singh Tamang has proposed increasing incentives for women to have more children. The proposal includes a special increment to women employees giving birth to a second baby and two increments for a third child.
