Friday in the Flower Studio! Get a behind-the-scenes look at how we make our market bouquets. Our hand-tied market bouquets retail at the farmer's market for $20/ea. We also offer $25 mason jar arrangements, and $35 "Florist's Choice" bouquets. Our pricing is based off stem-count and flower types. New farmer-florists can find pricing to be really difficult when you're first starting out. I include some tips on how I price so that you are creating a profitable and sustainable business model. We use an integrated approach to farmer-floristry: meaning that we source both from a local wholesaler and also grow our own. Sourcing from a local flower wholesaler allows us to supplement what we cannot grow, and also support other Ontario + Canadian Flower Farmers.
