Illustrator - Hatched Drop Shadow - Layered Text Effect Learn to make a hatched (or striped) drop shadow effect in Illustrator. You will learn how to add multiple fills (including a pattern fill shipped with Illustrator) to your text and offset the fills to give the text the look of a drop shadow. This effect is 100% editable - both the text and the effect itself so, once created, you can add it to any text any time and you can change the text font and the actual word after the effect is applied.
