Can I beat Beppi the Clown without Shooting, Dashing or Super Arts On Expert Mode? (Stream 10)

So a while back I tried beating the Devil without shooting, dashing, using super or divine relic on expert mode, and I succeeded. After having completed most of the game whetstone only, I wanted to see how much harder the game would be on expert mode and without dashing. So I decided to do this with you because this will probably take a while Spamming, talking about sensitive topics (politics, religion, nsfw), harassment or just being annoying in the chat will result in a permanent ban.
