TPD: Victim of suspicious death identified

Police identified the victim as 29-year-old Romulo M. Bacarse. Police were able to identify the man by releasing two images of his tattoos to the public. Tucson Police Department said an acquaintance of the deceased recognized the tattoos and reported it to police.
