Carthage Center Residents Get a Window Visit From a Mini-Horse, Seen on WWNY-TV

On June 23, 2020, Carthage Center residents in Carthage, NY, get a surprise visit from a mini-horse at their windows and WWNY-TV CHannel 7 was there to capture the moments. Residents smiled and laughed and loved seeing the horse, even if it was only a window visit. Nursing homes are still in visitor shut down mode in NY State due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Great story!
