This prayer for today is the cry of a heart tired of small living and ready to be used: “Lord, use me for Your glory and purpose—not my own.” If you’re stuck in selfishness, if your prayers revolve around your wants instead of His will, if you’ve hidden your gifts under fear or pride—this prayer for today lays it all down. It echoes Romans 12:1, offering your body, mind, and time as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing, for the King who deserves everything. Right now, confess the idols of ego, ambition, control. Ask the Holy Spirit to burn away every selfish motive and fill you with holy fire to serve where no one sees, love who’s hard to love, speak truth when it costs you. Don’t waste another sunrise on your story. Let Him write through you. Lord, use me for Your glory and purpose—not my own. Break me, send me, empty me until only You remain.
