This video examines a multi-layered air defense engagement over Crimea, beginning with the detection of unidentified aerial objects by Russian counter-battery radar near Kherson. The radar system, designed to locate rocket and artillery launches, misclassified a group of low-signature drones as ballistic projectiles. The resulting alerts triggered a chain of defensive reactions involving early-warning networks, a Su-30SM fighter tasked with visual identification, and an S-400 surface-to-air missile battery. As the situation developed, radar and communication limitations led to confusion among several command posts. The S-400 system launched interceptors against both the unknown drones and a nearby aircraft, creating a complex airspace incident that briefly disrupted coordination across the region. The engagement concluded when short-range Pantsir-S1 defenses attempted to stop the remaining drones approaching a fuel storage area. The event highlights how radar classification, identification procedures, and system interoperability can determine outcomes in modern, drone-dense air combat environments. #ukraine #russia #beyondmilitary Credit: https://sites.google.com/ytmgltd.com/...
