HELP! My Resource Packs Disappeared - Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.120 PC

Did you lose all your resource packs when you updated to Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.120? With this update, Minecraft changed where your files are located on your Windows PC and at least for me, the resource packs weren't moved across to the new location.
