Literal spectrum

Just something I wanted to do for a while :) Soundtrack: The first couple of minutes of the "Excision Shambhala 2010 Mix" from   / excision-shambhala-2010-dubstep-mix   Text: Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen from http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/1342 The display runs at 60fps when not recording, rendering around 1.1 million triangles with Stage3D in Flash 11. I compute a FFT on the data I get from the microphone / local stereo mix and do some wibbly-wobbly stuff on the numbers to get them to display semi-neatly in the 5 frequencies that I was able to fit in the vertex shader (cosine calculations seem to run up the limit somehow - odd stuff).
