Locals in Matwiku Village Laikipia West Constituency in Laikipia County say illegal herders have become a nightmare in the area. The residents are decrying the loss of property and crops as illegal grazers, saying the herders are roaming all night grazing their thousands of cattle on their crops despite the existence of a dusk-to-dawn curfew imposed by the government.
