The boss's primary weak point is the exposed bud at its center. As the fight progresses, Plant 43 launches devastating tendril slam attacks and bite attacks while controlling the arena. After dealing enough damage, explosive fuel canisters become exposed beneath the creature, allowing Leon to destroy the Giant Plant in a cinematic finish.
