Judge Gives Maximum Sentence to Man Who Killed Niece and Nephew

A judge sentenced Mark Wright to the maximum penalty for his role in the deaths of his niece and nephew, whose bodies were found buried in the family’s backyard in 2018. Wright will serve 80 years in prison. The judge said Wright made a conscious choice not to protect the children. He sat stoically as the sentence was read.
