Turkey Pesto Croissant Sandwiches

You can make lots of these and set them on pretty tiered trays for a beautiful brunch or even set up a cute station so everyone can make their own. All I know is, these are addicting, so make lots!! Lol Turkey & Pesto Croissant Ingredients •1 tsp pesto •3 tbs mayonnaise •croissants, halved •deli shaved turkey slices •provolone cheese slices, halved •thinly sliced red onion •romaine lettuce Instructions 1. Mix together the pesto & Mari until fully incorporated. Spread onto your croissant halves from edge to edge. 2. Arrange the turkey song the bottom half of the croissant. Fit the provolone across the top to cover the surface as well. Layer over the red onions & lettuce.
