Making simple and delicious Cauliflower and peas (Gobi Matar)

Cauliflower is a versatile vegetable that can be incorporated into many meals. We use cauliflower often as a full meal on it's own as a vegetarian meal option, slowly braised with peas and served with rice or roti. Ingredients Half a head of cauliflower 1 small onion sliced fine 1 small tomato grated 1 tbs crushed ginger and garlic 1 tsp salt (to taste) 2 tbs mixed masala Small bowl of frozen peas 1/4 cup oil Dhania and spring onion to garnish Serve with roti and nuts chutney
