How to fix 'The following error occurred while attempting to save properties for user administrator'

Local Users and Groups: The following error occurred while attempting to save properties for user administrator. Access is Denied. The above error occurs when i try to Enable or Disable Account from Computer management in Windows 10. Solution: As a Local Account User, we cannot able to enable or disable Administrator account in Computer Management. So, sign in to Built-in Administrator account, then enable or disable other Local or Administrator accounts.
