Gabriel Facio: Apache Junction PD releases new video | FOX 10 Phoenix

In June, Apache Junction police officer Gabriel Facio was shot while on duty, and subsequently died. On Nov. 20, officials released body camera video and a 9-1-1 call from the shooting. Officer Facio was shot after responding to reports of a man with a gun near Ironwood Drive and Elliot Road. The suspect in the shooting, 37-year-old Roger Nunez, is currently being held on a $2 million bond for multiple charges, including first-degree murder, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Prosecutors in Pinal County say they will seek the death penalty for Nunez. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean reports.
