Can you Beat Dark Souls 3 With All Your Stats at 1?

Stats are important in dark souls 3, they determine how much health you have and how much damage you can deal, but what if all your stats were at 1, something that is normally not possible and thus when set to 1 makes for a difficult challenge run. This makes a lot of interesting and difficult scenarios pop up mainly due to the fact that with all your stats at 1 there's a limited number of weapons you can use and your health becomes abysmally low.
