Hello Taekwondo warriors and families! We will be releasing the fourth Home Taekwondo Training video, but before we do, we wanted to give you all a few notes. First, this next video will be all about your physical conditioning. As such we must stress the importance of stretching and warming up your body a little beforehand to ensure that you do not injure yourself. Second, please pace yourselves! The set takes around 15 minutes to get through with us, but feel free to pause the video and take breaks if you need to. With that said, if you want to push yourselves, feel free to increase the number of sets that you do. With training like this, we highly encourage you to challenge yourselves. Set a goal and see if you can surpass it! We will check up on your progress when classes resume again, so try to surprise us with how much you have improved!
