South Park: Pip asks for Tea

This small Pip dialogue marked the last time Pip speaked in the show before his dead in "201" on 2010, note that this was aired on April 10th, 2002 wich means that there was an 8 year gap of Pip having no speaking role then speak again, died, and never came back But the South Park average fans say "noo he's such a plain character" no he isn't it's just that the creators didn't gave him more content and more deep unlike other characters because they hated him.
