BASE VEGETA Corner Combo Changes! Energy Cutter is better! (DBFZ, 1.31)

This is just something I noticed and is not at all an optimal combo yet. The changes to Energy Cutter allow for some more flashy corner combos! Maybe another one could be fit in but it already does far more damage than the old loop route.
