As Batman fights through them, he attempts to leave the sewers the way he entered—but something moves in the shadows. A massive shape crashes into view: Killer Croc, watching him from a safe distance in a rare but chilling encounter. Croc lets Batman live—for now. Blocked from his original exit, Batman navigates to a lower sewer route. Before he escapes, he comes upon a meeting between Joker’s men and remnants of Penguin’s gang. What was once a turf war is quickly becoming a total takeover. Joker’s sickness hasn’t stopped him—he’s uniting the underworld, gaining power, and crushing his competition. Batman escapes the sewers knowing the clock is ticking faster than ever.
