If you can't already tell I absolutely love the Banjo Kazooie games. They're full of charm, the music is great and overall they're just fun to play even today. Gobi's Valley is probably my favorite stage music of this game although it's very hard to pick a favorite with each song being great. I can't exactly put my finger on it but something about the melody, instruments used or just the intensity of the song really sticks out to me. The level itself is great too with memorable set pieces and atmosphere. You got things like the Sphinx in the middle with a stuffed nose, the memory card type of game, racing to the top of a pyramid to get to the door in time, finding Gobi himself of course and exploring the maze. I actually got really scared of the maze part as a kid when I failed the first time I went in there and I refused to go back in there for the longest time since it scared me so much. Luckily I was able to collect my courage and go in there eventually and finding out how easy it actually is. Looking back on it now it was way scarier in my mind than how it actually is and since that maze is so easy to navigate through I have no problem with it now haha.
