[49] Failing hard drive, difficult SSD upgrade - Zoostorm clone PC

This Zoostorm PC was generally slow but would also become unresponsive for brief periods, and this had been happening more and more frequently over time. Our initial attempts to clone the hard drive failed, but after running 'CHKDSK /f' at an administrative command prompt (which rebooted the PC to remap bad sectors on the disk before loading Windows) we finally succeeded to create a clone on a new SSD.
