Chocolate Cherry Nice Cream (Vegan, Low Fat)

I'm sure this isn't news to you, but I love nice cream! Normally I make my nice cream with a base of frozen bananas. But I have had a lot of you ask for a nice cream recipe that does not have bananas in it, either for allergy reason or you just don't like bananas like I do. So since cherries are currently everywhere in the stores around me I decided to do a chocolate cherry nice cream.
