Exploring Baja California Mexico: El Triunfo

El Triunfo is the cutest little old mining town between La Paz and San Jose del Cabo in Baja California Sur. Also, not far from Todos Santos or Los Barriles. We stopped for a few hours and realized that we need to return to do more exploring. Check out the Music Museum which features occasional concerts. Thre's also afternoon tea on the weekends... in the afternoon. The mine closed in 1926, and the town dwindled, but it's coming back as a tourist destination. If you're looking for a quaint Mexican town to spend a few hours in, El Triunfo is perfect. And if you've retired in Mexico, maybe spend a few extra hours exploring.
