I get everything in that list except the items I mark as skipped. The Ring of Fog is the only truly Snuggly exclusive item. The Old Witch's Ring you can get as a starting gift, but in case you didn't, you can also get that from Snuggly. The Demon's Great Hammer drops from the Asylum Demon, but only when you attack it during the initial encounter before finishing the tutorial (by dashing past him and into the doorway on the left). Thankfully, this can be done once per playthrough. It would be very difficult during the initial playthrough.
