Breastfeeding mom: 'Formula isn't a narcotic'

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg's â Latch On, NYCâ initiative is encouraging moms to breastfeed instead of giving their newborns baby formula. As part of this campaign, hospitals are being asked to voluntarily store formula under lock-and-key.
