The ANC and the IMF - Brother can you spare a dime?

On July 27th 2020 the #ANC signed a deal for South #Africa with the #IMF for an emergency COVID-19 related $4.3 billion loan. This comes on top of anther $288 million from the African Development Bank on July 22nd and $1 billion from the New Development Banks or "#BRICS" bank on late June. As #Pretoria piles up new debt, the big question is: where will the money go? Will it reach South Africans or disappear without a trace? Only time will tell.
