In that debate, the Mufti spoke nothing but nonsense and tried to suppress the entire discussion using the contingency argument—probably because Javed Akhtar Sahib did not understand the meaning of contingency. That is likely why he could not respond properly at that moment. Otherwise, I am sure Javed Sahib had the answer to it. Anyway, whether Javed Sahib responded to it or not, how can we stay behind? In today’s video, we will factually and logically counter some of the Mufti’s arguments. In reality, this Mufti named Shamail Nadvi is a hate-filled person, just like blind devotees (andhbhakts). But we will talk about that later. And perhaps that is why I often say that in this country, Muslim blind followers are many times worse than Hindu blind followers—and this has been proven by the celebrations after this debate. In reality, no one won the debate; rather, the Mufti Sahib lost very badly. Even if we put the contingency argument aside—and perhaps it should be set aside because Javed Akhtar Sahib could not understand it—still, it does not look like anyone won the debate at all. And after this, the second thing is that because of this debate, the Mufti became a little popular, so people started searching for him, and his old statements are coming out—statements that make it clear that there can hardly be anyone more hateful than him.
