Children grapple with new rules for primary schools and kindergartens

Primary schools and kindergartens have reopened today, but with new conditions in place to maintain health and safety. No more than 15 children are allowed per classroom, and neither are they allowed to play together. Secondary schools are set to open next Monday on a limited basis.
