30 MIN BOOTY & ABS WORKOUT | At Home With Dumbbells For Max Glutes & Abs (optional band)

This 30 min booty & abs workout at home with dumbbells for max glutes and abs is designed to round and lift your booty as you lean out your legs and define your abs! This workout is day 5 of the Max Glutes & Abs Challenge! It is made with the most effective exercises and without putting any strain on your neck! Breakdown: Three days of lower body resistance training work with 2 of them including upper body (to make sure we are increasing our upper body strength two)! Day 1 is glutes & hamstrings (w/ upper body). Day 3 is glutes & quads (w/upper body). Day 5 is total glutes, legs, and caves! This workout, as well as the others, is structured as below: 1. One compound exercise is to be done 3x through. 45 sec on, 15 sec rest. 2. Three groups of supersets that hit the glutes and legs which are 45 sec on back to back with a 15 sec rest, 3 rounds total. 3. One booty finisher that is 30 sec on, no rest.2 rounds total. 4. One 5 minute abs/core burnout that is made with 5 different exercises, 30 sec on, no rest and repeated 2x total. * You’ll need a set of dumbbells, lift what seems heavy for you, and an optional band* There is one 30 second rest with the transition from the compound straight set move to the supersets only. If you’re at the gym or have access to heavier weights- rest up from 30-90 seconds (ideally you’ll have heavier weight to lift). With each exercise, the last two reps should be challenging.
