No Flour Snack Cookies - Ideal for Pregnancy and Lactation

These No Flour Snack Cookies are loaded with healthy fats, protein, fiber and magnesium - ideal for a healthy pregnancy & lactation. Easy to make for a quick snack. Ingredients: 1 cup Walnuts (chopped) 1 cup Pistachios (deshelled) 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds 1/2 cup Almond Flour 1/4 cup Chia Seeds 1/2 cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries 1/4 cup Maple Syrup 2 Eggs 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (melted) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking pan with a baking sheet. 2. Add everything but the chocolate chips to a bowl and mix well. 3. Add cookie mixture to baking sheet, about 2 heaping spoonfuls at a time. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. 5.
