You can watch his amazing video here:    • Video   iLoveRuetoo’s original build is super cheap and effective. It only costs less than 20 Divines, including an extra projectile tattoo. I think it is one of the best Tornado Shot builds out there, especially for beginners or budget players. My POB is for the players who want to go all out and invest 50~80 Divines more. With my build, you can cap Chaos resistance and deal more damage. Just be careful that you need to keep your flasks up all the time, or you will die horribly. You need a body armour with a eldritch implicit(2 flask charges every 3 seconds), 3 skill points on the tree for flask nodes, and a Brutal Restraint timeless jewel for 30% increased charges gain.
