The head of Libya's UN-backed unity government has called for urgent talks after forces loyal to rebel commander Khalifa Haftar have seized four key oil ports in the country's so-called oil crescent. It's a major blow to the Tripoli administration, which depends almost entirely on oil revenues for its income. The UN envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, has appealed for an end to the fighting. Haftar and his troops however remain defiant.
