A trend that seems to be more prevalent is, the dogs, that the homeless have with them. Darrell tells us that he has stated a program to help people, who may be struggling, feed their animals. He also resides in a homeless camp that neighbors have complained about, because of the debris and his many dogs. He has been given a time limit to move off the government owned property. We continue with Darrel speaking about the private land owner, whose property he WAS on before he moved across the street to BLM Land.
