First you need to download debug eboot.bin from here https://bit.ly/2NytfJN 2. Copy and replace downloaded eboot.bin to RPC3\dev_hdd0\game\NPUA80698\USRDIR (for example) - make a backup for sure 3. Launch a game and you should see a FPS / CPP overlay 4.
