2015+ Canyon / Colorado Key Stuck In Accessory Position fix

DISCLAIMER!! This is a safety feature put in place to save lives. I am not liable for any thing that happens if you do this. Disabling this feature will not fix the root cause of the problem (poor contacts in the shifter mechanism) but it will prevent it from happening. This is a safety feature, do it at your own risk. Quick video on how to disable a safety feature that causes a common problem on 2015+ Canyon/Colorado trucks with the key becoming stuck in the Accessory position and unable to be removed. This started happening to my truck after 3+ years and 150,000km. Searching online I could not find anything that was model specific (closest I could find was a Camaro with the similar issue) so I wanted to share.
