Just Cause 3 Like a Fish...in the Air! Achievement

This video shows how to get the Like a Fish...in the Air! achievement. First, you will have to acquire the Bavarium Wingsuit from Dimah in the first mission, Suit Up, of the Sky Fortress DLC. Second, you will have to use the Bavarium Wingsuit to take off from water, as shown in the video.
