Ukraine War: Nations have 'moral obligation' to send Ukraine tanks

Latvia's prime minister, Krisjanis Karins, says countries that have main battle tanks have a "moral obligation" to pass them on to Ukraine. Last week Germany refused to make a decision on whether it would give Kyiv its Leopard 2 tanks. Mr Karins said it was important for European security that Ukraine won the war against Russia - and that could only happen if it was given the weapons it needed.
